Hyve was born from Hermano Reis's experience working in corporate and open innovation, at consultancies and inside the innovation teams of large companies. Seeing the challenges from the inside, he realised good ideas got lost, problems were validated by gut feeling and strategy never reached the projects. Hyve was built to solve those pains. Do I need all three products?
No. Each product is purchased separately. Most teams start with Discover and add Capture and Steer as the operation grows.
Does Hyve replace Jira, ClickUp or Teams?
No. Although it has end-to-end project and task management features, you can also use Hyve integrated with the tools your team already uses. It owns the thread between strategy, opportunities and projects, not task management.
How do agent-led interviews work?
We believe discovery is essential to getting a solution's design right, so the platform lets you launch several agents to run interviews at scale with the people involved in each opportunity. Each participant gets a link (or talks over Microsoft Teams) and talks to the agent on their own time. The discovery interview can happen in writing or by voice, in a live call with the agent.
Is my data kept apart from other companies?
Yes. Each company runs in an isolated space, and every query is filtered by the company that owns the data.
